🌿 First, Dr. Shivani Gupta – an Ayurvedic practitioner, turmeric researcher + speaker who bridges classical Ayurveda with functional medicine. With a Master’s in Ayurvedic Sciences and a PhD focused on turmeric, she’s devoted her career to helping women calm inflammation, balance hormones + restore energy through daily rituals and practical, science-backed tools.⁠

🌸 We’re also honored for our Level 2 students to learn from Vaidya Dinal Khatri, a renowned Ayurveda practitioner, professor and researcher from India with deep expertise in herbs, Agadtantra, Dravyaguna and hypothyroidism. With over a decade of experience, she guides people toward wellness through Ayurveda, lifestyle, yoga + meditation, blending ancient wisdom with compassion.⁠ She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Dravyaguna (Ayurvedic pharmacology), where her research focuses on the Ayurvedic management of hypothyroidism, including pharmaceutico-analytical studies on classical herbal formulations.⁠

We are beyond excited for these Ayurveda leaders to bring their brilliance, devotion and lived wisdom to the women in our school. We can’t wait for our community to learn with them inside Level 2.⁠
