Coconut Yogurt is so delicious and easy to make. I Coconut Yogurt is so delicious and easy to make. It is one of my favorite things to top onto mung daal (if using for savory dishes, exclude the vanilla and maple syrup) or to eat with berries and nuts! Plus, it helps keep the digestive system in check. I especially love it around the early spring/summer months.

Add coconut milk, probiotic capsules, vanilla bean and maple syrup to your shopping list—it’s the perfect time to make this cool, sweet recipe! 🥄

When your Pitta friend goes from enlightened godde When your Pitta friend goes from enlightened goddess to fire-breathing dragon in 0.2 seconds because lunch was ten minutes late. 🔥 (Or, maybe you ARE that friend…) 😉

Don’t worry babe–it’s not a personality flaw, it’s just a little hanger-fueled agni collapse.

In Ayurveda, Pitta types are ruled by the fire element, and their digestive fire (agni) burns hot and fast. For any of us (not just Pitta types!) skipping meals or delaying eating can put undue stress on our agni, causing it to either grow too intense or totally burn out.

To stay balanced, prioritize eating regular meals and try to eat before you reach the point of “hanger” - this helps to keep your agni regulated and your mind clear (AND your relationships intact 😉).
