I’m joined by Nidhi Pandya this week. Raised in Mumbai with her grandfather who was an Ayurvedic healer, Nidhi is a 3rd generation Ayurvedic healer. She teaches in Level 2 of our Ayurveda program and will be leading a 6-week study on the ancient Ayurvedic text, the Ashtanga Hridayam, at Shakti School beginning in October.
