The excitement brings to mind the number one reason people aren’t successful in courses. It has NOTHING to do with how smart you are. ⁣

I have a dear friend who works for a psychology research department at a prestigious university. I don't know if there is a perfect time to do some

I don't know if there is a perfect time to do something. But what I do know is that when my soul is longing for something that will help it fulfill its purpose, the way to fulfill it often magically opens in miraculous ways. And there is also fear. ⁠

It feels something like:⁠
⁠
1. A big inner YES. My heart sings "I really want to do this." This is right. ⁠
⁠
2. I get a warm, glow stick feeling in my stomach…⁠
⁠
3. Then my mind sneaks in with the fears and doubts. Am I good enough? Who am I to think I could do this?! Can I handle it? Can I really change my old patterns? ⁠
