The Yin Manifester in me salutes the Yin Manifester in you 😜 no but seriously… lately my manifestation practices are so much about internally inviting and allowing whatever would be best for my soul evolution. Less push - less hustle - and more attempting to get my mind clear enough to see the beauty and abundance that is already given. And to accept life’s challenges as some of the greatest opportunities to manifest the only thing that really matters which is freedom. But don’t get me wrong. I’m still a wild lioness who can prowl and roar when needed 🔥Have a great day out there you beautiful lioness! 🦁

As we end one graduating Level 2 Ayurveda School a

As we end one graduating Level 2 Ayurveda School and begin another in just 7 days, I am reflecting on what feminine form healing is, and want to share my thoughts. After nearly 2 decades of practice, learning, teaching and fumbling towards truth, here is what I see:

The feminine has less to do with sex or gender and more to do with heart. It may appear with flowy dresses, high heels and perfume just as often as it shows up in a flannel shirt and a surf-board (maybe not on the same day :-))

The feminine is the willingness to be with what is. To sit with. To hold. To cease the endless pursuit of power, money, fame and more, more more.

It’s not that those things are bad, it’s just not the bigger container.

The feminine is paradox.

It asks us to go towards what we have vilified in ourselves, feeling it without becoming it fully. It asks us to contain it without getting sucked in completely.

It teaches us that the miracle of our resurrection comes from our crucifixion.

It amazes us with the secret of true magic - that the medicine is behind the wound.

It is a counter-intuitive maximus.

It is the opposite of projection and blame.

It is holy in its wholeness.
