This is the second of seven sessions where we will explore the portals where Shakti lives and the way in which she emanates inside our chakra system. This lecture will be focused on the sacral chakra.
INTEGRATION
Oil up! In addition to today’s meditation practice on the second chakra, you can experiment with any of the physical lymphatic practices mentioned such as massage, dry brush, abhyanga, sauna and castor oil packs.

Please wear comfortable clothes during this session and have some space to lay down on your mat. You will also need a towel or blanket, and some massage oil.
