Welcome to the LOVEFIT Subscription! LOVEFIT invites mindfulness into fitness to cultivate healthy spirit, soul, and body. Each month provides a combination of movement and meditation practices, recipes, astrology, the latest in wellness and biohacking, and love lectures all inspired by Ayurveda, Yoga, Tantra, Mysticism from the East & West, psychology and more.
I began my membership program in 2014 as a way for my dedicated students to actively study year-round with me. The membership, formally Lineage of Love, became a beautiful community of spiritual and heart-based women focused on holistic health, wellness and channeling ancient wisdom that has evolved and blossomed into LOVEFIT.
Through many years of study, in-depth research, and learning through personal and client experience, I created my signature teaching style, Body Yantra. Body Yantra was pivotal for me personally and for my students. Body Yantra invites natural flow movements and expression which reflect the innate wisdom and intuition of the feminine form. Body Yantra incorporates Tantric vinyasa, restorative yoga, dance, sound, breath, emotion processing, manifestation technology, holistic biomechanics and structural trauma-release methods for a unique, nourishing, and healing experience for mind and body. This practice channels the intrinsic feminine form and natural life-force flow that is already inherent in ALL women.

Katie Silcox is the New York Times Best-Selling author of the book Healthy, Happy, Sexy – Ayurveda Wisdom for Modern Women.
